Our off-premise catering division is capable of serving up to 5,000! Triangle Catering focuses on delivering innovative Southern cuisine and using local North Carolina produce and meats.
Owners Michelle and Dodd Aldred have been recognized regionally and nationally for their ongoing support and contributions to the local economy, and they attribute their success to maintaining a family dynamic in their business in spite of their growth and expansion.

Who inspired your love of food and event planning? My grandmother, she loved setting a beautiful table with china, silver & crystal pieces. I use her crystal at every holiday.

What’s your favorite food star? I’m in love with Anthony Bourdain! I grew up watching Julia Child with my father so she will always be my favorite.
Do you have any hobbies? I’m a roller coaster junkie, traveling, and photography.
What’s your favorite food? I don’t have a particular favorite food. I prefer to remain on a lifelong mission to constantly be amazed and excited by different and innovative cuisines.
Who inspired your love of food and event planning? Growing up in the South, entertaining was an art that my aunt had perfected. I remember being little and so happy whenever she would have her parties and I could be her little helper.
What’s your favorite food tv show? Iron Chef & The F Word.
What’s your favorite food star? That would be a tie between Chef Masharu Morimoto & Chef Gordon Ramsey.
Do you have any hobbies? Hot yoga, crocheting and painting, softball, zumba, craft beers, wine tastings, theatre.
