Anything Asian. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Gordon Ramsey, because of his conviction for standards in cooking.

What’s your favorite food show?
Good Eats. Alton Brown combines slap stick fun with learning about food.

Do you have any hobbies?
Skydiving and riding my motorcycle. I’m also turning into a tropical plant connoisseur. My wife is going to kill me if I try to plant one more tropical tree in the yard.

What is your favorite food?
Steak. Nothing’s better than a grilled marinated ribeye cooked perfectly!

Who inspired your love of food & event planning?
My grandmothers, Granny and Mama. Mama would want me to come over and polish her silver before I could drive. She always cooked big meals which were served on beautiful linens and every food item was placed in a crystal or silver tray. Granny made the best cocktail sauce, frog legs, and fried pork tenderloin for breakfast. They both were preparing me for what I would do in life before I knew it.

Who’s your favorite food star?
Julia Child. Funny and smart! That’s a combination I admire.

What’s your favorite food show?
Behind the Bash. I love seeing what goes on behind the scenes, when people are their most creative.

Do you have any hobbies?
I love photography and going to theme parks with Dodd and our two daughters, Rebecca and Kristin. I’m a roller coaster junky.

Thai Chicken Pizza.

What/who inspired you to have a career in food & event planning?
Event planning is exciting and creative! I started working in restaurants when I was 15 and have been in the hospitality industry ever since.

Julia Child. I grew up watching her on TV. She was always cooking something I’d never heard of!

What’s your favorite food show?

Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee. She always makes a specialty cocktail at the end and she has a great pantry.

Do you have any hobbies?
I love lying by the pool, getting a golden tan and drinking cosmos.

Nothing compares to rare filet mignon.

What/who inspired you to have a career in food & event planning?
My love of food and event planning probably was inspired by my mother. She was always "planning" things and volunteering for events when I was growing up.

Paula Deen - she never forgets that entertaining should be fun.

Paula's Party (starring Paula Deen, of course!).

Do you have any hobbies?
Walking, traveling, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
